Miss Rebecca has been dancing for over 38 years and continues to train and perform professionally.  Before opening Dance Mechanix, she spent several years as the ballet, jazz and tap teacher at the Cross Island YMCA, while also training private and competitive students.  She has also taught in various studios throughout New York.

Rebecca was formerly the Director/Coach/Choreographer of the Code Red Dancers, a professional dance team/performance company in NYC.  Under her direction, the Code Red Dancers took home the 2008 National Dance Showcase's National Championship.

Rebecca has performed across the U.S and Canada in various National Tours and Professional Regional Theatre Productions as well as various television, film and commercial roles.  She has directed and choreographed numerous dance works and musical theatre productions.  Rebecca is trained in ballet, pointe, pom, jazz, tap, lyrical, musical theater, hip-hop and modern dance.
